What to Expect on Your First Visit

At Quest for Health, we don’t “snap, crackle, and pop” your symptoms for temporary pain relief. We are very intentional about identifying the areas of pressure and stress-related interference in your nervous system. In order to open up the communication channel to promote proper function, we perform specific and gentle spinal adjustments to facilitate the healing that your body was designed to do, from the inside out. Here is what you can expect when you schedule a consultation at Quest for Health:

Before Your Visit

We will send you paperwork to fill out prior to your appointment. This information is thorough and allows our doctors to prepare for your time together, so make sure to fill it out 24 hours before your appointment.

Your First Visit

Our space is yours. Expect to be welcomed from the moment you walk in the door, we absolutely love to make everyone who comes in our doors feel like family! One of our Chiropractic Assistants will take you into a consult room and start with a detailed consultation and neuro-spinal analysis. This allows us to see what structural compensation your body might be making to adapt to the stress on your nervous system. You will then meet with one of our doctors for an exam and opportunity to ask any questions you have.

Your Follow Up Visit

Since the time of your first visit to our office, the doctor reviews your information and assessment, and determines if our care aligns with your goals and if you are a good candidate for treatment.
On this second visit, we will go over in detail the results of your consultation, examination, and x-rays. This is the perfect opportunity to ask any questions or express any concerns that you might have.
If you are a candidate for care, we will then go over the doctor’s tailored recommendations of care so you can get back to enjoying life more abundantly.
Plan to spend about 30 minutes for this visit to allow for time to answer any questions regarding care for you and your family.

These scans act like x-rays, offering personalized insights into your well-being. The Penning study is a radiographic technique that we utilize to assess for mobility and to identify any problem areas in the spine.

Housekeeping Details

We are in network with BCBS, UHC, VIVA, and Medicare. We will do a complimentary benefits check to see what is covered for chiropractic services before your Follow-Up Visit, this way you will know your out-of-pocket responsibilities for services.
A $195 non-refundable fee is required to secure your consultation appointment slot.
A $50 nonrefundable fee will be charged for any no-call, no-show.
Adjustments are not given on the first visit. If you decide to accept care, your first adjustment will be on your Follow-Up Appointment. Your forms will be emailed to you when you schedule your appointment.
